Ingredients
9 oz boneless duck meat, diced (boneless)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 medium garlic cloves , finely sliced
0.5 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.5 cup cold water
1 bunch broccoli , cut into small florets
1 pinch fresh cilantro , to garnish
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds , to garnish


Directions
1 In large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium high. Add garlic and stir fry until light golden brown.
2 Add duck and stir fry 2 minutes, until meat begins to brown.
3 Add chili flakes, fish sauce, soy sauce, and water.
4 Add broccoli and continue to stir fry 2 more minutes until duck is thoroughly cooked.
5 Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Additional Information
Substitute or add any fresh vegetable to this medley.
