Ingredients
2 cup prepared roasted chicken , with out skin
10 oz mixed salad greens
8.75 oz baby corn , drained and halved crosswise
2 fresh green onions , sliced
0.25 cup Radishes, fresh, slices
0.33 cup orange juice
0.25 cup rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
0.5 tsp toasted sesame oil
0.25 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp sesame seeds
1 pinch Radishes, fresh, slices , shredded (optional)
1 medium oranges , cut into wedges (optional)


Directions
1 In large salad bowl, combine chicken, salad greens, baby corn, green onions, and radishes.
2 In small jar, combine orange juice, vinegar, oil, and pepper. Cover and shake well.
3 Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss lightly to coat.
4 Transfer to individual bowls. Sprinkle each serving with sesame seeds and add finely shredded radish and orange slices, if desired.
Additional Information
Dressing will keep, covered, in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
