Ingredients
1 cooking spray
2 egg whites , lightly beaten
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
0.5 oz honey (1 tbsp)
0.75 cup Cereal, Corn Flakes , crushed
1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
0.5 tsp paprika
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 lb chicken tenders


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
3 In a medium bowl whisk together the egg whites, soy sauce, and honey.
4 In a separate bowl mix together the cornflakes, sesame seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5 Dip the chicken first into the egg mixture, then coat in the cereal mixture and place on the baking sheet.
6 Bake in oven for 23 to 25 minutes until crispy and golden.
Additional Information
These are great served with your favorite dipping sauce like Ranch dressing, honey mustard or barbecue sauce. Don't forget that any dipping sauce you choose is not included in the nutritional analysis.
