Ingredients
0.25 cup white all purpose flour
0.25 cup sesame seeds
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 lb salmon fillet , cut in 4 pieces
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cooking spray
2 tsp canola oil


Directions
1 In a medium bowl, combine flour, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Brush one side of each filet with sesame oil. Press oiled side of fish into sesame mixture.
2 Coat medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets crust side down into hot pan.
3 Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until fish flakes and is opaque all the way through.
