Ingredients
1 lb Vegetarian Meat, seitan, with teriyaki sauce (plain)
2 cup fresh mushrooms
2 cup fresh chopped onion , sliced
1.3 oz Seasoning, tofu scrambler, dry mix
4 cup cold water
1 tbsp fresh basil , chopped (or 1 tsp dry basil)
1 tbsp fresh sage , chopped (or 1 tsp ground sage)


Directions
1 Slice seitan into 1/2 inch slices and place in a Dutch oven. Layer mushrooms and onions on top.
2 In a bowl, combine dry Tofu Scrambler with water, basil, and sage. Pour over seitan and vegetables.
3 Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce heat to medium, cover pot and simmer 30 minutes, or until gravy has thickened and vegetables are soft.
Additional Information
Seitan, also known as wheat gluten, can be found in many Asian markets and health food stores.
