Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey, 99% fat free, raw
0.5 cup bread crumbs (fresh, whole grain)
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
0.25 cup Soy Milk, plain
1 egg whites
3 medium garlic cloves , chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
1 tsp fresh oregano (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper , freshly ground


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Using about 2 tablespoons of mixture per meatball shape into 24 meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a nonstick baking sheet so they are not touching each other and bake until thoroughly cooked, about 10-12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
