Ingredients
1 lb raw medium shrimp , peeled and deveined
0.5 lb large scallops
0.5 lb cooked crab , shell pieces removed
1.5 cup chopped tomato , seeded (about 1 pound)
0.25 cup fresh cilantro , minced
3 tbsp shallots, chopped (or green onions)
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh jalapeno chili peppers , seeded, minced
6 cup salad greens


Directions
1 In large pot, boil shrimp and scallops 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
2 Remove shrimp and scallops from water and allow to cool to touch. Slice into quarters.
3 In large bowl, mix shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, tomato, cilantro, shallots, lime juice, and jalapeño pepper.
4 When ready to serve, spoon seafood salad onto salad greens .
Additional Information
Wear gloves when handling jalapeño pepper.
