Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Wash and pat dry fillets. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3 Coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Place fillets on broiler pan. Set aside.
4 In medium skillet, heat oil over medium. Add bell peppers and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
5 Add onion and garlic and cook until they become soft.
6 Add basil, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
7 Broil fillets for 5 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
8 Reserve 4 tablespoons of sauce, divide remaining sauce between 4 plates.
9 Place fish on top of sauce. Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
