1 Soak the raisins in the boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain. 2 Process the oats in a food processor until finely ground. 3 Mix together the oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. 4 Use a pastry blender to cut in the margarine and then mix in the raisins. 5 Mix together the milk and egg then add to the dry ingredients, stir just until ingredients are moistened. 6 Knead dough 4 or 5 times on a lightly floured surface. Divide into two halves. 7 Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the two halves of dough on sheet. Pat dough into two 7-inch circles then cut into 6 wedges each. 8 Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve!
