Ingredients

Directions
1 In a hot air popcorn popper or microwave, pop the kernels following the directions on the package. Place in a large bowl.
2 Squirt the popcorn with 5 spritzes I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray. Toss to coat. Repeat spraying and stirring 4 times for a total of 25 spritzes.
3 Spritz 5 more times and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cheese and a pinch of garlic powder. Repeat spritzing and sprinkling seasons until all of the cheese and garlic powder is used. (In total, that's 40 spritzes. This may seem like a bit of work, but it gets the seasonings throughout the popcorn.)
Additional Information
Use the spray sparingly, as it doesn't take much for the fat and calories to start adding up.
