1 Heat a cooking spray frying pan over medium heat. Cook green onions and garlic 2 to 3 minutes. 2 Mix in squash, snow peas, and tarragon and coat with cooking spray. Cook 5 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Additional Information
The vegetables are best when they are crispy so do not overcook. Zucchini or chayote squash can also be used.
