1 Wash the tomatoes and dry them well, and in a small bowl mix the garlic, basil, parsley, and thyme. 2 Heat the skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat, and add the tomatoes, and sprinkle with the sugar, salt, and pepper, and toss briefly until well heated. 3 Stir in the garlic mixture, and sauté for 1 minute, or until the sugar melts and the mixture is heated thoroughly. Serve immediately.
