1 In a small bowl make the dressing by whisking together the vinegar, 2 teaspoons of the oil, mustard, garlic, and salt until well mixed; set aside. 2 Heat the remaining teaspoon of oil in a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add in the sausage and cook about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. 3 Remove sausage and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the sausage, stir in the dressing, mix well, and serve.
Additional Information
If you prefer a milder flavor use sweet turkey sausage instead of hot.
