Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage until brown and crumbled. Take out of the skillet and place sausage on paper towels.
3 Spray a 9-inch pie pan with the cooking spray. Mix the sausage and the rest of the ingredients except for the bread in a bowl. Add in the bread and cover the bread pieces with the egg mixture so that all of the pieces are moistened.
4 Pour into the pie pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Additional Information
Use 50% less fast pork sausage if avaliable.
