Directions
1 Place a 1-cup glass custard cup upside down, or a microwave ring mold, in the center of a 9-inch-deep glass pie plate sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
2 Mix together the meat, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, sage, garlic powder, onion flakes, black pepper, and 3/4 cup tomato sauce, and then pat into the prepared pie plate.
3 Mix together 1/4 cup tomato sauce, brown sugar substitute, and parsley flakes, then spread over the top of the meatloaf mixture.
4 Cover with wax paper and microwave on ROAST (70% power) for 15 minutes, turning the dish after 8 minutes.
5 Remove from microwave and let set for 5 minutes before cutting into 6 servings.
