Ingredients
0.5 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
0.25 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts , finely chopped
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1.5 tbsp fish sauce
1.5 tsp ground cumin
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp tabasco sauce
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.75 lb ground pork
0.75 lb ground turkey, 99% fat free, raw
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat grill to high.
2 Mix together cilantro, peanuts, brown sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, cumin, salt, hot pepper sauce, garlic, pork, and turkey breast. Separate into 6 portions and form into 6 burgers.
3 Grill burgers 7 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Additional Information
Serve these burgers with brown rice instead of on rolls.
