1 In large bowl, toss fresh tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, canned tomatoes, and garlic. 2 In separate bowl, whisk cilantro, parsley, lime juice, oregano, vinegar, cumin, salt, pepper, and vegetable juice. Combine tomato mixture with cilantro mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
