1 In small bowl, combine garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin. Smash with back of wooden spoon to create paste. 2 Mix in yogurt and mint. Gently mix in cucumber. Reserve. 3 Preheat grill to high. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. 4 Lightly brush both sides of salmon with olive oil. Place fish on grill rack. Cook 3 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. 5 When ready to serve, spoon cucumber sauce over fish or serve on side. Garnish with mint sprigs.
