1 Whisk together orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a pot and let boil. Cook 8 minutes or until sauce becomes thick. Take out ginger with a slotted spoon and throw away. 2 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 3 Mix flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Cover salmon in mixture. 4 Pour oil in a frying pan heat over medium-high heat. Place salmon, 2 at a time, in oil and cook 4 minutes, on one side. Coat both sides of fish with orange sauce. Lay salmon seared side up on a foil covered, cooking spray coated baking sheet. 5 Roast salmon 4 minutes or until fully cooked. Top with green onions.
