Servings
Ingredients
6 cup Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded (or mixed greens)
15 oz Beans, cannellini/white kidney, unsalted, canned , rinsed and drained
0.33 cup fat free Italian dressing
7.5 oz Fish, salmon, sockeye, red, canned , bones and skin discarded
4 fresh plum tomatoes , quartered
0.25 cup Croutons, seasoned, cubes
1 pinch black pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 In a large bowl, combine the romaine, beans, and Italian dressing. Break the salmon into chunks add into the lettuce mix. Lightly toss salad.
2 Place salad evenly on 4 salad plates, evenly place tomatoes around the salad then top with croutons; sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Additional Information
You could also use pink salmon but sockeye has more flavor.
