Ingredients
8 corn tortilla
16 oz Beans, black, unsalted, fat free, canned , rinsed and drained
7 oz canned salmon , drained
2 tbsp Oil, safflower
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
0.25 cup chopped parsley
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp celery salt
0.75 tsp ground cumin
0.75 tsp minced garlic
0.5 tsp lime peel zest
0.25 tsp hot red pepper flakes
0.25 tsp chili powder


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Slice the tortillas into triangles and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
3 Mix together the beans and salmon. Use a fork to flake the salmon.
4 Add the oil, lime juice, parsley, onion powder, salt, cumin, garlic, lime zest, red pepper flakes, and chili pepper. Mix well.
Additional Information
Try serving on a bed of lettuce.
