1 Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain. 2 Mix together the milk and sauce, and set aside. 3 In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add shallot and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes. 4 Stir in milk/sauce mixture and cook (3-5 minutes) until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. 5 Mix in the pasta, salmon, and lemon juice; stirring until the pasta is heated.
