1 Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill or preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray. 2 Place 1/4 pound asparagus on each sheet of foil. Place salmon filet on top of asparagus. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over salmon. 3 Bring up sides of foil. Double-fold top and ends to seal packet (leave a little room in the packet for air circulation). Repeat for remaining 3 packets. 4 Place packets in covered grill, over medium-high heat or on baking sheet in oven. Grill for 12 to 14 minutes or bake in oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until salmon flakes with a fork.
