Ingredients
8 oz Caviar, black/red, granular (salmon)
0.75 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 tbsp fresh chives , thinly sliced
10 Bread, rye, thin slice , cut diagonally into quarters to make 40 triangles (or about 40 small lettuce leaves)


Directions
1 Run caviar under a lightly running stream of cold water in a fine chinois, strain fully.
2 Spoon sour cream in the bottom of a shallow bowl. Top with caviar and chives and place in a bowl of ice.
3 Serve with bread or endive leaves.
Additional Information
Find fresh salmon caviar (ikura) at Japanese markets and specialty food stores. Or use canned salmon caviar.
