1 Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and add the pecans. Sprinkle with the sugar and cayenne then saute for 2 minutes, or until the pecans begin to brown, and remove from heat and let cool. Use a large bowl, and mix the greens and Citrus Vinaigrette (see recipe below); toss gently, then toss with the oranges and prepared pecans, and serve immediately. 2 For the Citrus Vinaigrette place the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, and honey in a blender, and process until smooth.
