Salad Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
0.25 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp sugar
0.12 tsp ground cayenne (red pepper)
2 cup Oranges, all types, fresh, sections

Citrus Vinaigrette
0.5 cup orange juice , fresh squeezed
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey


Directions
1 Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and add the pecans. Sprinkle with the sugar and cayenne then saute for 2 minutes, or until the pecans begin to brown, and remove from heat and let cool. Use a large bowl, and mix the greens and Citrus Vinaigrette (see recipe below); toss gently, then toss with the oranges and prepared pecans, and serve immediately.
2 For the Citrus Vinaigrette place the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, and honey in a blender, and process until smooth.
