1 Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, and pepper to a pot; heat over medium-high heat and let boil for 3 minutes. Take off of heat and cool 2 minutes and mix in sake. 2 Add cauliflower, bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, onions, and garlic to a resealable plastic bag. Pour in sake mixture, seal, and chill 8 hours, flipping bag a few times. Take vegetables out of bag and throw away marinade.
