1 Put the rutabaga and orange sweet potato in a saucepan. Simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Drain.
2 Transfer the rutabaga and orange sweet potato in a blender. Add in the cayenne, nutmeg, and milk. Pulse until blended.
3 Pour the mixture back into saucepan and cook until heated through. Top with the parsley.
Additional Information
You can substitute 1 pound of turnips for rutabaga.
