Servings
Ingredients
0.33 cup Juice, apple
3 tbsp Jelly, currant
1 tsp cornstarch
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp dried marjoram , crushed
3 whole chicken breast, raw , halved lengthwise


Directions
1 Combine apple juice, currant jelly, cornstarch, and salt in a small saucepan. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly over medium heat. Cook and stir an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the marjoram. Set sauce aside.
2 Skin chicken if desired. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
3 Grill chicken bone side up on an uncovered grill. Grill chicken directly over medium coals for 35 to 45 minutes. Chicken should be tender and no longer pink. Turn and brush once with sauce.
4 Before serving, brush the chicken with any remaining sauce.
