1 Season the meat with the salt and pepper and dust both sides with the flour. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. 2 Brown the steak over medium high heat on both sides for about 6 minutes in all, and add the onion, garlic, tomato and green chilies, and broth, and bring to a boil. 3 Reduced the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender, and serve.
Additional Information
A terrific dish with rice. Toss in some baby carrots if desired.
