Directions
1 Cook rotini according to package directions; rinse in cold water and drain well.
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil; red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, basil and oregano until well blended.
3 Toss pasta gently with vegetables and dressing mixture.
4 Refrigerate before serving.
