1 Pour oil in a pot and heat over medium-high heat. Cook onions 3 minutes. Mix in bell pepper and rosemary and cook 1 minute. Add tomato, wine, salt, and garlic; let boil. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.

You can substitute canned, diced tomatoes for the fresh, if desired.
