1 Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute the garlic for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Toss to mix.
2 Raise the heat to medium and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Take cover off and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
