A light herb and butter flavors accentuate the brussels sprouts.

Servings

16 oz Brussels Sprouts, frozen, 10oz package , thawed and drained
0.5 tsp fresh rosemary , finely minced
2 tbsp Margarine, 80% fat
0.5 tsp garlic salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 cooking spray

1 Pat the sprouts dry and cut each in half. In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, lowfat margarine, garlic salt, and pepper.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 Place the sprouts in the grill and spread the herb butter over the sprouts. Grill the sprouts for 8-10 minutes.

If you have any extra sauce, pour over sprouts before serving.
