1 In large saucepan, add olive oil and heat over medium. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. 2 Add kale, swiss chard, and leek. Cook additional 5 minutes. 3 Add chicken broth and potato pieces and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, and parsley, if desired, and simmer for about 10 minutes. 4 In batches, transfer soup to blender. Purée until smooth. Return to serving bowl.
