1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Place tomatillos and jalapeño on small baking sheet, lightly coat with cooking spray. 3 Roast 20 - 25 minutes, until tomatillos are golden and soft. 4 Transfer to food processor, process until smooth. 5 Add lemon zest and juice, pulse to mix.
