20 oz Fish, bass, striped, fillet, raw (4-5oz fillets, each about 3/4 inch thick)
1 tsp fresh thyme (dried)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.33 tsp salt (optional)
0.75 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
1 fresh lemons , cut into wedges
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat roasting pan with cooking spray.
2 Wash fish in cold water and pat dry. Place fish in prepared pan, skin side down.
3 In small bowl, mix thyme, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle over fish and press seasoning into fish with fingers. Coat fillets with cooking spray.
4 Roast until opaque, 8 to 10 minutes, and fish flakes easily with fork.
5 Transfer fish from roasting pan to serving platter.
6 Garnish with lemon wedges.
