Servings
Ingredients
0.25 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger root , peeled and grated
0.5 tsp sesame oil , Asian
0.33 cup sesame seeds
1.5 lb Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
2 Whisk together the hoisin sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl until well blended.
3 Place a sheet of wax paper down on work surface and spread sesame seeds.
4 Using a pastry brush, evenly spread hoisin mixture all over both pork tenderloins and roll in sesame seeds. Place pork onto a rack of a small roasting pan, tucking small ends under to help cook evenly.
5 Place in oven and roast 15 minutes, turn over and roast until meat thermometer reads 155 degrees F when inserted in the center, about 15 more minutes. Remove pork to a cutting board and let sit 5 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise 5 degrees upon standing). Slice pork into thin slices.
Additional Information
