Then, completely cover the fillets with the chives and press them into the flesh gently. If desired, season them with the salt and pepper at this time. 3 Place the fillets skin side down on a nonstick oven safe skillet and roast for 25 minutes.
Additional Information
If you do not have an oven-safe skillet, roast the fillets on a foil lined cookie sheet treated with nonstick spray.
