Ingredients
8 oz sour cream
3 oz roasted red peppers with brine
2 fresh green onions , sliced
1 tbsp fresh basil , snipped (or 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried)
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.25 tsp salt


Directions
1 In small bowl, mix sour cream, roasted red pepper, green onion, basil, garlic, and salt.
2 Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
3 Stir before serving.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers. This dish can also be used as a sandwich spread in place of mayo.
