Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
2 Cut off tops of garlic heads exposing tops of cloves.
3 Coat small baking dish with cooking spray. Place heads in dish. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes or until the garlic is very tender.
4 Remove garlic from dish. Cool completely.
5 Into small bowl, squeeze garlic from each clove.
6 Add cream cheese and goat cheese. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
7 Add blue cheese, garlic, and thyme. Stir well.
8 Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours up to overnight.
9 Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with thyme. Serve chilled.
Additional Information
Serve with fresh vegetables or low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
