1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2 Lay asparagus in one layer on a baking sheet. Spray asparagus with cooking spray. Season asparagus with salt and pepper. Bake 12 minutes or until soft. 3 Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook 3 minutes or until butter begins to turn golden. Take pan off of heat and mix in soy sauce and vinegar. Spoon sauce over asparagus.
Additional Information
Top the asparagus with the sauce right before serving time. Carefully watch the butter because it burns quickly.
