1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Pour oil in a 9 x 13 inch pan; add almonds to pan and toss with oil. 3 Roast almonds 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned; shake pan one time after 6 ot 7 minutes. Season with salt and let cool.
