Ingredients
1 Cauliflower, head, medium, 5" - 6", fresh , cut into 1 1/2 inch florets
1 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt (to taste)
0.25 tsp black pepper , coarsely ground
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 medium garlic cloves , minced


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Place the cauliflower, oil, salt, and pepper in a jelly roll pan and mix to coat evenly. Place in oven for 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes.
3 In the meantime, mix the parsley and garlic in a small bowl. After cauliflower has been in oven for 20 minutes stir in the parsley mixture and roast another 3 minutes.
