Ingredients
1 whole chicken, raw
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp dried rosemary


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Place a large piece of heavy-duty foil in a shallow baking pan. Place chicken on top.
3 Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken. Wrap foil tightly to seal. Bake 60 minutes; reduce heat and cook 20 to 30 minutes or until thigh registers 170 degrees F. Discard skin before serving.
