Ingredients
10 piece Tomatoes, sun dried, halves
0.25 cup cold water , boiling
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 medium garlic cloves
0.75 cup vegetable juice (or tomato juice)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 Place the sun dried tomatoes in a small bowl and cover with boiling water; let sit for 5 minutes to soften; drain and place in a blender with parsley, basil, and garlic, process until a paste. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Additional Information
Looking for low salt vegetable or tomato juices will help lower the sodium content also skipping any added salt for flavoring.
