1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat large oven-proof casserole dish with cooking spray. 2 In large resealable bag, place garlic, olive oil, and cauliflower. Shake to mix. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 3 Bake 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. 4 Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. 5 Heat oven to broil. Place casserole under broiler 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
