Ingredients
4 tea bags
1 oz fresh mint (10 sprigs)
5 cup cold water , boiling
0.5 cup sugar (or sugar-free sweetener)
3 cup cold water , boiling
0.67 cup fresh lemon juice
0.33 cup Juice, orange, fresh


Directions
1 Put tea bags, mint, and 5 cups of boiling water in a large, covered container. Let sit for 30 minutes.
2 Mix sugar and 3 cups boiling water in a smaller container and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon and orange juices.
3 Remove tea bags and add sugar and juice mixture to tea mixture. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to drink. Strain and serve over ice.
Additional Information
Per Serving (using 1/2 cup sugar): Using half the amount of sugar will save significantly on both calories and carbohydrates per serving.
