1 Remove and discard bones from the salmon, flake it with a fork, and then set aside. 2 In a large skillet, sauté the potatoes in the margarine for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3 Add the green onions to the skillet and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the pepper and then add the potatoes and the salmon. Continue to cook over medium heat, without stirring, until heated thoroughly.
