1 Put the red pepper, Parmesan cheese, almonds, tomato paste, and garlic in a blender and blend until it becomes a smooth consistency. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 2 Smear the cream cheese evenly over all of the bread slices and place 1 tablespoon of the pepper and almond mixture on top.
