Ingredients
3 medium apples , unpeeled and cored (Red Delicious)
8 oz Yogurt, lemon, lowfat
0.33 cup fresh chopped celery
0.5 cup Cranberries, sweetened, dried, Craisins
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
0.12 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)


Directions
1 Cut each apple, first into 8 wedges, then cut each wedge into chunks.
2 In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, celery, cranberries, walnut, salt, and pepper, mix well. Add the apple and stir to coat.

This salad is high in fiber, low in calories and fat.
